Pre-Approval is a firm credit offer sent to customers who may have difficulty getting approved for an auto loan. For a decade, those customers received a letter that looked like this. Outdated and under-designed as it may have been, it was highly successful. The letter became known internally as Streetlight, and no one believed any creative would ever beat it.

I couldn't accept that. ​I conceptualized and wrote the two executions to the right. Within six months, Streetlight had been dethroned.
